Courtney Carra's Site
I also chose to talk about Courtney Carra's site for Project 3 Part 1 and Part 2. When you first come to Courtney's page you see a nice, clean layout using frames with her links at the left side. She also uses a nice javascript in order to show the viewer exactly with link they are on. When clicking on Part 1 under Lev Manovich you are brought to a simple page with a picture, a link taking you back to her first page, and her information. The information on Lev is set into a scroll box, making it a clean-cut way of displaying the information without the user annoying scrolling through the entire page. When you click on Part 2 under Lev Manovich you are brought to a similar page, however it contains a smooth navigation bar at the top. Although Part 2 isn't quite finished yet, it is easy to tell that her page will be successful. As you go over each link in the navagation, your mouse follows the link you chose, tying in her home page but in a more advanced fashion. Courtney's site gives the feel of innovation without overly doing any element; it is a very nice website.
