When you first go to Behance.net you are brought to the gallery page where you can browse and search for different works of art. The sections at the top of the page include Gallery, Jobs, More, and Other Products.  The Jobs tab consists of JobList, a listing of jobs posted by different companies, Company Directory, a profile of the companies that have posted the jobs, and Post a Job, where you can find someone to hire.  The More tab features some a link to the site ProSite, Competitions, where users can submit their works in a contest, Tip Exchange, a forum-esque page to share ideas and find help or help others, Groups, Networks, and Find Creatives to Follow, where you can find artists based on their mediums.  The tab, Other Products, features other sites and items they interact with such as Behance ProSite, Behance Outfitter, Action Method, The 99%, The Book, and The Served Sites.

I found Behance Network a few years ago while searching through the web and I really enjoyed rummaging through portfolios. The thing I like most about the site is the opportunity to tell the artist that you enjoyed their work by pressing the "Appreciate This" button at the bottom of their work. Like other portfolio sites, you are able to discuss the work with the artist and other members and view the artists other works and their portfolio. It is a great place to find innovative designs and share ideas with other designers.
